Shipping Policy

At LAUMAINE, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. We partner with trusted international shipping carriers to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping & Tracking

We ship worldwide.

• Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders of $50 USD / €50 EUR or more.
• Orders below $50 USD / €50 EUR are charged shipping at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout before payment.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information serves as confirmation that your order is in transit.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on your destination and local customs processing. Customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and delays imposed by local authorities are outside our control and remain the responsibility of the recipient. These circumstances do not qualify for refunds, returns, chargebacks, or compensation.

Missing, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders

Claims regarding missing or damaged items must be submitted within 14 days of the recorded delivery date and must include your order number, photographs of the package (if applicable), and clear supporting evidence.

Damage to the outer packaging alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the product itself is undamaged.

If tracking information shows an order as Delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Customers are required to file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide any requested proof of loss. Claims submitted more than 7 days after the recorded delivery date are not eligible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipment confirmation and tracking information serve as proof that your order has been dispatched.
